Keep the website moving after launch.

Managed SEO for established service businesses whose website I have built—connecting technical search health, priority pages and local visibility through one six-month programme.

12 planned hoursmonthly boundary

One priorityor a small connected set

Two business daysroutine acknowledgement

Five clientsactive ceiling

A stronger launch is a starting position, not a finished search strategy.

Services change. Reviews accumulate. Competitors publish. Search behaviour reveals opportunities that were not visible on launch day. Without an owner for the next decision, a good website can stay technically healthy while valuable gaps remain untouched.

The audit has nowhere to go

A separate SEO supplier identifies work, then waits for a developer or unfamiliar platform before anything changes.

Activity replaces priority

Articles, posts and links are produced to fill a quota even when a technical or page-level issue matters more.

Reporting loses the decision

Metrics arrive without a clear record of what changed, what they mean or what deserves attention next.

One programme. Four connected responsibilities.

I plan the work, make the approved website changes and verify the result. The service follows the current constraint rather than pretending every area needs an identical quota.

Technical eligibility

Crawlability, indexation, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, structured data, internal routes and page experience inside the managed site.

Search relevance

One clear page owner for valuable intent, strengthened with useful service, location and supporting information.

Local prominence

Eligible Business Profile, Bing, legitimate listings, reviews, associations, partners and earned opportunities aligned with strong destinations.

Continuous evidence

A dated baseline, change record and monthly report that separate completed work from search observation and client-confirmed outcomes.

Every priority has a route from evidence to action.

The signature discipline is simple: one important search need, one intended page owner, one approved change and one honest read-back.

  1. Observed signalA real query, crawl issue, profile gap or customer question

Dated source and access level recorded.

  2. Page ownerOne canonical destination earns responsibility for the intent

Overlap is consolidated instead of multiplied.

  3. Approved changeThe smallest useful technical, page or prominence action

Facts, access, authority and spend are checked first.

  4. Evidence loopLocal, deployed, live and search-observed states stay separate

The next decision follows what can actually be shown.

Six months to establish truth, improve the right things and decide what follows.

The sequence is a starting map. A critical technical issue, missing access or stronger live evidence can change the order without expanding the boundary.

Months 1–2: establish and strengthen

Set the baseline, remove critical constraints, map intent to pages and improve the destination closest to commercial value.

Months 3–5: align and expand

Strengthen legitimate local prominence, use observed demand to guide content and build on credible winners without manufacturing quotas.

Month 6: compare and decide

Review like-for-like evidence, completed work, limits and the next opportunity. Renewal is offered only when the next programme is clear.

Inside the monthly boundary.

  • Up to 12 planned hours across research, implementation, verification, reporting and routine communication
  • One principal priority or a small connected set
  • One substantial new page or two material page revisions when content is the priority
  • Four routine approved Business Profile updates and review replies combined when that work is the priority
  • One evidence report and one review conversation up to 45 minutes
  • Routine messages acknowledged within two business days

Kept outside the retainer.

  • Standalone SEO for a website Ricardo has not built or rebuilt
  • Unlimited pages, articles, posts, review replies, outreach or support
  • Paid-link budgets, private blog networks or bought ranking credit
  • Social, video, photography, email or general content-marketing fulfilment
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads or other paid-media management
  • Third-party placement, membership, directory or tool costs without written approval
  • Any guarantee of rankings, traffic, leads, bookings, sales or revenue

You should not carry the risk of work I fail to finish.

If I miss an agreed monthly priority solely for reasons within my control, the next invoice pauses until I complete it.

That remedy covers my delivery. It does not apply to client delays, missing access or facts, third-party platform delay, search-engine behaviour or work outside the agreed scope.

Capacity is real: no more than five active Managed Search Growth clients. The page does not imply that those places are currently almost gone.

What the programme does—and what it refuses to pretend.

Can you guarantee first-page rankings?

No. I guarantee the agreed delivery, careful implementation and honest reporting. Rankings are decided by search engines and are affected by competition, proximity, reputation, demand and other factors outside the website.

Do I need a Website Sprint first?

Yes. Managed Search Growth is available only after Websites by Ricardo has built or rebuilt the website. That gives me control of the technical implementation and keeps the page strategy connected to the real customer journey.

What can be delivered in one month?

Each month reserves up to 12 planned hours for one priority or a small connected set. If content is the priority, that can include one substantial new page or two material page revisions. If Google Business Profile or review work is the priority, the cap is four routine approved actions combined.

Does this include articles and new pages?

It includes search-led website content when evidence shows that content is the strongest next action. It does not include an automatic article quota, general content marketing or unlimited publishing.

Does this include Google Business Profile?

It can include profile alignment and routine work for an eligible local business after access, factual approvals and the review-response policy are confirmed. Complaints, disputed facts, safeguarding issues and regulated claims always return to the client for approval.

What happens at the end of six months?

There is no automatic renewal. The month-six report compares the evidence with the starting baseline and recommends renewal only when there is a credible next programme. Any further fixed-term offer is made at least 30 days before the current term ends.

Launch gives the website a starting position, not a finished search strategy.

Search work becomes useful when technical health, priority pages, local prominence and measurement lead to one evidence-based decision at a time.
